Leandro Herrero is the CEO of The Chalfont Project, an international firm of organisational architects, and the designer of its products and services in the areas of large scale, behavioural change (Viral Change™), collective leadership and smart organisational designs.
Rachel was approached by The Chalfont Project to create designs, layout and full print-ready files for Leandro’s ‘Camino Leaders’ book. The brief was to create a journal-styled, travel book divided into six chapters which relate to a different county that had a personal connection to Leandro. The chapter pages were to contain notes, stapled-in tickets, photos and to look well-used and to have their own unique colour and fonts for each section. The book totalled 416 pages and each page needed to contain a unique layout, reflecting country and to give a sense of a Leadership journey. The book was really well received.
Thank you for all your hard work, creativity and patience. Dr H and I are very, very excited about this book. It will be one that I treasure for a long time. It is going to be a beautiful leadership book like no other!!
